Distance Sales Contract
1. Parties

From now on, it will be referred to as "RECIPIENT".
2. Subject
This contract determines the sales and delivery conditions of the product/service purchased by the buyer from the seller over the internet.
3. Product/Service Information
- Name, quantity, basic features, sale price of the purchased product/service.
4. Delivery
- Products are shipped to the address specified by the buyer within 14 business days from the order confirmation.
- During delivery, products should be checked by the buyer, damaged products should not be received.
5. Payment
- Payments can be made online by credit card.
6. Right of Return and Withdrawal
- The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
- Return transactions will be made within the scope of the refund policy.
7. Privacy
- The buyer's personal information is protected within the framework of our privacy policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between the parties are first tried to be resolved through mutual negotiations. If a solution cannot be provided, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
